The Intentional Leadership Program with PathForward is designed for both high-performing and high-potential professionals who currently serve in a leadership role or have been identified as future leaders.
The Program is designed to develop sustained and impactful leadership skills that will carry through to better performance for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Over a nine-month period, participants will engage in one-on-one coaching sessions that focus on the core components of intentional leadership:
Emotional Intelligence
Building Trust
Communicating Effectively
Active Listening
Development of Others
Managing Through Conflict
The program emphasizes education, application, feedback, and reflection, fostering a growth mindset throughout the process. Any additional growth areas identified by participants and/or sponsors can be integrated into the program.

The Intentional Leadership Program Includes:

Client Intake Questionnaire:
Gather initial insights about the client(s).Self-Assessment
360 Assessment (when appropriate)
Collect feedback from various perspectives to inform development opportunities.

Introductory Meeting
Establish rapport and set expectations.Goal Setting
Define objectives, incorporating leadership skill development, self-identified goals, and input from supervisors and 360 feedback.

Sessions include:
360 Assessment Review
Discuss feedback and identify opportunities for growth.Review progress on established goals.
Introduce new leadership skills and identify opportunities for development.
Practice, feedback and refinement of new strategies and skills.
Identify barriers to success and strategies to overcome them.
Establish new action items for continued growth towards goals.

Final Coaching Session: Reflect on the coaching experience, review progress towards goals, and establish a plan for continued leadership development.

Cohort Option: The program can be administered with a cohort component, where participants are brought together at the beginning of the program, once or twice during the program, and again at the end. This can be customized based on the Sponsor’s preference for the program experience.
